Aprova helps you understand and apply for NYC benefits. This page summarizes how we handle your information.

What we store

We store your account phone number, optional profile details (name, email, borough), and the answers you give in our screening so we can estimate program eligibility and show checklists. We do not upload or store copies of your documents in this app.

How we use it

Your information is used only to run the app: eligibility estimates, progress tracking, reminders you create, and optional chat assistance. We do not sell your data.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. That removes your profile and related records from our systems, subject to any legal retention we may be required to follow.
